"Designed to feel and wear like luxurious lingerie for the skin, NUDE WEAR delivers feather-light textures and skin-glowing finishes that create a fresh and beautiful bare skin effect, allowing skin to breathe as if it's completely "in the nude". The delicate veil of weightless formulas are infused with a natural extract that allows skin to breathe, enhancing appearance of skin's natural glow and skin's texture." - Physicians Formula

Collection Overview

Overall I had some pros and cons for this collection.
Pros:
  • I loved the lightweight formulation and how it really does feel weightless and high quality on the skin
  • The packaging is clearly very adorable, looks beautiful on any vanity or in any makeup bag
  • Pigmentation of the products is crazy good
  • Great for travel with the mirror and brush included
  • Versatile

Cons:
  • The packaging is a little bulky, because of the brush and mirror combo, this makes it hard for a hoarder/collector of makeup (like myself) to find room in my collection for storage
  • The chunky glitter on the "NUDE WEAR" writing on all of the products looks horrid on the skin. The glitter part needs to just be removed with a tissue before you actually apply the product to your skin. Product underneath is great, just ensure you remove this top layer before use

1. Glowing Nude Blush in Rose

Cost: SRP $15.99CND
All of these products have a silky formulation and really don't leave the skin feeling "weighed down". The blush was probably my personal "hero" from the collection. I am a big blush lover, and the payoff of colour was great on this product. I had no specific con's with the product, just the ones that I listed in the overview apply to all of the products.

2. Glowing Nude Powder in Light

Cost: SRP $19.99CND
This powder reminded me of my Hourglass ambient lighting powder. Once you removed the gold chunky glitter on top, it really left a beautiful glow to the skin. It doesn't give heavy coverage, nor would I use it for just a cheek highlight. I think it works best applied all over the skin for that soft glow.

3. Glowing Nude Bronzer in Bronzer

Cost: SRP $19.99
This was my least favourite of the three. Not that it is a bad product, just not my type of product. I am extremely fair, so bronzers and me tend to be scared of each other. I think I might have been better off with the "Lighter Bronzer" as they do make a lighter shade in this collection. I found that with my skin tone it did turn a slight orange, not full Oompa, just enough where I know it's not a product I would put into my rotation. I think on someone that is a medium skin tone, it would look fab. Let me know if you have tried it and what you think! However, as with a lot of Physicians Formula products, it can be used as eyeshadow and I tried that and it looks good. Since it is such a soft texture, it really blends well for eyeshadow.

Hope you guys enjoyed this review, and my little lippie rating scale :D. Let me know if you have tried these products, or of any specific Physician Formula products that you would like to see swatches/reviews for.

Until next time,
