What is "Strobbing"?
Basically Strobing (highlighting), is a way to add luminosity and glow to your skin. Personally I think the new name for it is a little silly, since highlight has been around for awhile. I think one of the slightest differences with Strobbing is the fact that it is done with shimmery products. With highlight you can simply use a matte/satin shade that is a shade or two lighter than your natural skin tone. You need to think of the sun and the highest planes of your face.
Now with someone that has oily skin, they probably are already hiding in a corner somewhere. This style is not for everyone, but it does look very beautiful when done correctly.
