Yay monthly favourites time! Click read more to see more information about these awesome products!

1. LUSH - Roots Hair Treatment

Cost: $19.95CND
Where to buy: lush.ca

This treatment is packed with peppermint leaf extract, orange peel oil and various other essential oils. For me I concentrate it on my scalp as I get a dry irritated scalp. Lately it has been acting up again and this rotating with a special tea tree oil blend has been keeping the flakes and itch at bay. You apply on dry hair, wait as long as you want! (15-20 mins is sufficient though) and shampoo and conditioner your hair as normal. Honestly leaves my scalp to refreshed and my hair smells like a breath mint :)

2. Smashbox - Limitless 15 Hour Wear Cream Shadow in Topaz

Cost: $24CND
Where to buy: Select Shoppers Drug Mart Locations and smashbox.com

I am a cosmetics geek and adore glass packaging because of the noise is makes when you screw/unscrew the cap. Am I the only one that like? The product itself is lovely. It is much denser than a MAC Paint Pot, and has a lighter weight feeling on the lid. Doesn't cake or creak and last the majority of my day. Used on lazy days or just as a base to amp up my gold looks.

3. Smashbox - Always Sharp Liner 3D Gemstone

Cost: $23CND
Where to buy: Select Shoppers Drug Mart Locations and smashbox.com

The always sharp liners have extended the colour range to include the 3D liners. These are water RESISTANT (unless the waterPROOF original ones). They have a metallic glitter that runs through them and looks really pretty on the lid, I also enjoy it with my Cream Shadow in Topaz...The colours go well together :)

4. Elizabeth Arden - 8 Hour Cream

Cost: $24CND
Where to buy: Select Shoppers Drug Mart Locations & sears.ca

I always avoided this because I just assumed it was hyped up, expensive vaseline. I finally decided to make the purchase and I am not regretting it. I use it on my dry lip area before bed, and my super dry cuticles, and even on my heels of my feet. I prefer the fragrance free just because too much artificial scent just isn't my thing.

5. Bio-Beaute by NUXE Peach Body Lotion

Cost: $20+CND (Unsure exact price, so please correct me if I am wrong!)
Where to buy: Select Shoppers Drug Mart Location

Uhm so if you want to smell like you rolled in peaches and cream but feel like you where dipped in silk...this is your body lotion. The smell is so amazing, and mouth watering but what gets me is that it absorbs so beautifully into the skin and leaves you feeling refreshed. It isn't enough for the winter months, but as it is getting warmer (kinda...sorta...for us Canadians), it's perfect. Just go to your local shoppers and smell this, or really any of their products. Oh P.S. it's certified organic...I don't like to lead with that because it is a product that works that also happens to be organic.

6. Clarins - Gentle Peeling Smooth Away Cream

Cost: $34CND
Where to buy: clarins.com

This is a bit of an odd product but the results make it worth the process. Essentially it is an exfoliating face mask with a very specific application method. You want to apply to clean, dry skin. Only apply a thin layer and once it is fully dry you can exfoliate it away with clean dry hands. Rinse your face and follow with either cleanser or your normal skincare routine. This leaves the skin feeling so clean and soft. The clay gets rid of impurities and the primrose extract helps to calm any irritations.

7. Vichy - Pro Even Day Cream

Cost: $45CND
Where to buy: Local Shoppers Drug Mart

As a ginger I have many freckles. I love my freckles, but having an even complexion and brightness is always nice. I enjoy how this product contains LHAs and Vitamin C to give a healthy brightening effect and it has honestly lightened my dark spots. I find sometimes I need to apply a second moisturizer though because it is very lightweight and I have been using it at night because I am finishing my Stri-Vectin SPF 30 Retinol in the day. Other than that, it's a great product, and the cleanser from the ProEVEN line is also amazing.

Well hope you guys are doing well! My trip to Ireland is coming up on Thursday, I'm so excited!! If you have any travel or shopping suggestions let me know!

Until next time,
